Order Processing
We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us — we’re happy to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 7 days after the expected delivery date, email us at [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
